Not Going To Wait Around

My constant fear is that when I show anyone too much love, they will turn away from me. Too much attention that drives people away? Perhaps those people don't even matter in the first place, they're just there for shallow and temporary reasons. Perhaps I should learn not to care if anyone decides to pull away from me, because it will be a waste of my time showering them with affection. They have proven themselves and where they stand. I shall move on to better things and people and be happy. I will not wait for people like that.
