To climb walls more effortlessly, I really need to lose more weight... And build more muscles. I wanna do this!
If I can make it, not only will I have a better time with rock climbing, but I'll also have a great body. Lol.
If I keep up this lifestyle of watching my eating and working out, I can be one of those lean bodied ladies.. Imagine what I'm gonna be like when I'm in my thirties!
