Speak No English, Mister?

I don't wanna be mean, but when you're talking to a Malay who doesn't speak good English, it's kinda like they're a bit retarded up there, ya know? It's even worse when I feel like one of them is interested in me, but I'm not too into them. For me, communication is key. And it's pretty annoying when they can't speak good English. Jokes pass through their heads, when trying to convey deep emotions, well they just won't get it. Hm I used to go out with a couple of Malay dudes. Man I can't stand them, lol.
